Why did you guys discontinue support through iMessage? it was literally the best option for support, cause when you are waiting for an agent to connect or a response to your message, you would be notified. Now I have to use chat on the website, which doesn't have any notifications at all, thus I always miss when the agent gets connected and they seem to disconnect very quickly if you dont respond right away. Sorry, but people dont leave their browser windows open on screen while waiting for an agent, and nobody's going to know when they are connected when no notifications are given. iMessage support needs to be reinstated ASAP.
