How do we return Rogers/Shaw equipment during the Canada Post strike?
@Richards1 , hey good question. I would think since you are supposed to contact Rogers/Shaw directly before a return label is to be printed, someone there is going to know what the situation is for returns now that Canada Post is still on strike. They must have some sort of arrangement in place. You can contact them via the chat function (Big red Help button) on the bottom right hand side of your screen while viewing this or phone them at 1-888-472-2222. If you remember can you let us know on here, what ends up happening.
@Richards1 They are using Purolator.
Do you know that for certain? I was told the only way the equipment can be returned is through Canada Post. I cancelled my shot around strike time and they took $500 out of my account because it was cancelled and I hadn’t sent it back to Canada post yet but couldn’t send it through Canada post because of the strike. They told me that I can only get my money back once I send the equipment back once a strike is over. There was no mention of using Purolator as I say they said only Canada Post, but if you’re being told something else can you please pass on the information for me please. I have spent a total of 15 1/2 hours trying to get through to someone and that’s the response. I got
