I returned all my equipment and shaw said I am missing 2 modems and they are now charging me for them..
I returned all 3
Has anyone else had this problem
Hi @mcbride- , This might be a stupid question but were they all in the same return box and yet only 1 showed up in the box at the Shaw return depot, this seems very very strange. If you sent more than 1 return box can you trace the missing box with your Canada Post tracking number. Sorry couldn't help much that's a head scratcher. Good Luck
@mcbride- can you logon to the My Shaw portal, and view all the transactions (for the last 24 months) against your account, to see when Shaw added the "equipment not returned" transaction, and if/when Shaw credited your account (after receiving your returned equipment) ?
Hi @mcbride- , Have you explained to Shaw that they were all in one box, and how could they have one and not all 3. Maybe Shaw can do some kind of trace with the modems serial number to see if it is active anywhere, or maybe they can do some sort of search of the Shaw return depot. I can't think of much else that could be done. Any chance the postal clerk saw the 3 modems in the box before you sealed it up or you took a picture of them inside the box before and after sealing. Hopefully they find the 2 other modems and credit you back. Good Luck.
