Sigh. Become a "squeaky wheel", by using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this web-page, to complain about the excessively-long waits "on hold" before a live Agent talks to you.
What time of day are you calling? Rogers has some Call Centres that will answer late in your evening, or early in your morning, rather than calling at "prime time".
Rogers Technical Support answers their telephones between 7 AM and 10 PM, every day.
