Am I missing something here? I am very confused. Trying to call to cancel but they are closed. Chat says so as well, however you state that the office is supposed to be open right now......
@curiosity1 Could be that the number of people in the que was going to take them past 8pm, so they didn’t let you connect.
@curiosity1 - it could be a "time-zone" issue -- "Sunday 10 AM to 8 PM" could be Mountain Standard Time, which makes it "Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM" in your time-zone (Pacific Standard Time). Compound that with the possibility of an slightly-wrong clock on some Rogers chat-server computer in Calgary that is mis-reporting the time as "after 8 PM Mountain", and thus denying service to you (at 6:54 PM Pacific).
Maybe, the "chatbot" was watching the CFL (Canadian Football League) "Grey Cup" game, yesterday evening, and did not want to be interrupted. :-^
