It seems as if, ever since Roger and Shaw merged, there has been nothing but problem all around. That should neve have happened. The CTRC should have never let that happen. There were less problems before the merger.
@wynford -- most subscribers to Rogers Together With Shaw do not have any problems, and thus do NOT post to this forum. So, out of the millions of customers, you are only seeing those who do have a problem AND have found this forum to report their issue. Most of the issues seem to be resolved. So, by looking only at this forum, you have a biased view.

I never said 'most' and I was just making a comment.
Sorry if you took it the wrong way
We all need to call the CRTC and complain!, Before parliament was suspended by Trudeau’s resignation; there was a standing committee investigating technology issues such as we are experiencing. CRTC number is: 1-888-221-1687. If they get enough calls, maybe then Roger’s might get enticed to do their jobs as they promised to do so by being awarded the merger.

There still are standing committees, and they are allowed to function.
Note that the Conservative Party leader tried to get a standing committee to put forward a notice of non-confidence, after other similar motions failed in the House Of Commons.
