Instead, contact Shaw (www.shaw.ca/chat) or 1-888-472-2222 to get help with your issue.
In my experience, if I make a payment the day after the "due date" on the Shaw invoice, Shaw just lists the missed payment on the next invoice -- they do not cut-off my Shaw services. They do charge interest, if you miss two consecutive payments.
