what are you requesting for Shaw to do?  give you better service and customer service?  small claims is for contracts being violated or service no rendered and still pay for it and no credit issued or bad service.

@john52 -- to what E-mail ID have you been sending?  Other than "reportspam@shaw.ca", Shaw does not publicize E-mail IDs.
