Yup same here. says inactive I've been waiting online for an agent for almost an hour so far!
How do I get a Shaw billing agent to call me when they are available and reviewed my current billing?

Via telephone, you should be offered a "call-back".

If you logon to the My Shaw Portal, you may review all the "transactions" for the last 24 months.

What time-of-day are you waiting? Morning? Mid-day? Evening? Late?
