Been getting this when trying to login to my Shaw for the last few days, on mobile OSX and windows. Anyone else getting this? Tried talking to Shaw support chat and they were clueless and useless.:/
Same issue. Not been able to login for months. Support unable to resolve. Tried on three different computers, two different phones and three different networks. It accepts my password, tries to load the account information then gives that error. On the Android app it just spins forever on the "We're loading your account information"

If I had that issue, I would switch to Telus Internet.
Several times, Telus employees have offered me a "buy-out". Shaw charges a cancellation fee of $20/month if you were to cancel, with months remaining on your two-year Value Plan. Telus says they would offer me $20/month of "Telus Credit", to offset Shaw's charges, if I were to switch.
