Hi @Godfather2022 , could you be a little more specific. Do you mean you temp. suspended your services with Shaw while you were on an extended vacation and for some reason you still got billed for the full month that it was supposed to be temp. suspended? If this is what you mean I would call Shaw directly thru phone/chat/social media messenger to have the matter looked into. This is only a peer to peer discussion forum and not a direct path to Shaw Support. Hope you get it all worked out.
@Godfather2022 -- if you logon to the My Shaw Portal, you can view every "transaction" against your account, for the last 2 years, e.g., the date of "suspension", what services were suspended, and what charges were pro-rated (for a fraction of the month), and what charges were posted on the 1st.
