@ Har-d'Beep-One -- on the My Shaw Portal, I see:
Edit Auto Payments
You may use a credit card or bank account to set up your automatic payments.
Edit credit card
Any changes to your payment information may take up to a full billing cycle to process.
If you are changing your banking or credit card information, please make the proper arrangement to ensure your bill is paid on time.
Name on card
not "Donald John Trump"
Card number
Expiry date
and so on. I had no problem editing the value in the "Card number" field.
I can not access my payment arrangements for my ignite internet, it keeps taking me to my shaw direct account
It won’t take me to my internet account, only to my Shaw Direct account and my card information needs to be updated or my internet bill will not get paid
@Gerrylou -- were you able to update by telephoning Shaw [1-888-472-2222] and selecting "billing" ?
@Annie81 -- talk to your bank (or credit-union) to set up automatic payment of your Shaw/Rogers account, with the funds coming from your "debit" account. Choose a payment-date at least a few days before the "pay by" date on your Shaw invoice, because it will take a day or two for the payment to reach Shaw's back-end computers, to credit your account.
Also, it is important to tell Shaw to disable the automatic payment from your credit-card.
This is ridiculous. Can't change my payment info. They better not charge me interest if they can't fix their system.

I had no problem updating my payment information, through the My Shaw Portal, when I got a new credit-card.
Previous messages in this thread confirm that others have succeeded.
When all else fails, contact Shaw Billing, at: 1-888-472-2222 to make the change.
Hi there. I'm having a similar problem. I'm trying to update my credit card info (activating a new one). I'm able to change the month/year; for whatever reason, my security code isn't accepted/recognized. The 'save' button stays greyed out; when I click on it, the security code box wording turns read, saying "security code required"... I've attempted x several, with the same result...
