1. incorrect password
2. suspended account, due to being way overdue in payments
3. CAPS-LOCK ON
4. "dead" key on your keyboard not transmitting one character of your password
5. Windows is using a different keyboard layout (German, Scandinavian, French) where some keys are in a different place
6. security-software "blocking"

Can you logon to the My Shaw Portal, and change the E-mail password?

Can you use a different computer inside your home to try to logon?

Can you use a different computer inside a friend's home, to try to logon?

I can log on webmail from my billing account but not directly to my webmail.

@Siameez -- logon to the My Shaw Portal, and change your E-mail password.

The password for the Portal can be different from the password for your E-mail.
