I pay my monthly fees every month, why do I have to pay more?. why do I have to pay December when I just paid November ?
I have called a few time and no one can give me an answer, and never return to tell me why

Did you recently “re-up” or make changes to your services? A couple years ago Shaw moved from post paid services to prepaid. When I renewed my value plan a couple years ago they shifted me to prepaid meaning I had a one-time double bill of my last postpaid month plus my first prepaid month. Could this also have occurred in your case?
@hope9543 -- if you logon to the My Shaw Portal, you may download the most-recent 18 monthly invoices, to see when you started having ever-increasing "past due" amounts.
