Hi @earlcampbell , you can use the My Shaw app or the My Shaw website to view all your current charges to your account, just navigate to the Billing section and you will see a section that shows you all your current charges and past monthly statements. Another way would be to contact them directly thru phone/chat/social media since this is only a peer to peer discussion forum.  Hope you get it straightened out.
