It is not a path to Rogers/Shaw Support: 1-888-472-2222.  Please contact them.

Also, can you access the My Shaw Portal, select "My Bills", and scroll-down to "Transactions"? You will be able to see every transaction in the last 24 months, e.g., date of start of your two-year Value Plan, payments you have made, et cetera.
