Why was I double billed? I paid my December 2023 before the due date.

@IreneGuidos -- if you paid the Shaw bill through your bank, it could take 2 days for the payment to reach Shaw.  So, Shaw might declare your payment as "late" -- after their due-date.

You may logon to the My Shaw Portal, to review the due-dates for the last 24 months, and the dates on which Shaw received the payments.

Nope, paid it directly on the Shaw Communications website days before the bill was due.
