@ralphandlinda -- can you logon to the My Shaw Portal ? If you can, you can change your E-mail password.
If you cannot logon, you can create a new My Shaw ID, which invalidates the current My Shaw ID. Then, change your E-mail password.
I am able to log on to the My Shaw portal, but am still locked out of my e-mail with both my new and old passwords; I've obviously done something wrong, but don't know what!!
@tgard It's possible your email account is locked out! It is a protective response from the server so no one can access the account to keep it secure. Resetting the passwords won't unlock the account. You may want to contact one of our support specialists to further check if the email account is active, enabled or if it is locked, they can help you unlock it after full verification.
