There is nothing you can do, except to "wait it out". Scammers continually change the number that they are "spoofing". Most recipients of a spoofed call will simply hang-up, and not do anything to "report" the scammer. Try www.WhoCallsMe.com and enter your own telephone-number, to see if anybody has reported your number. Also, on that site, you can search for reports about any telephone number that has been reported, e.g., if a scammer calls you, search on that site. This is important to do, if the scammer is claiming to be Netflix, Norton, your bank, Amazon billing, et cetera.
