Thanks for your efforts so far However, you are on page 6 of customer complaints over this issue. Your Shaw Blue Curve isn't controlling time limits at all: I've done a quick (but poorly cropped) screen capture of the latest. You need to fix this. This impacts families trying to provide reasonable limits to younger users.  Thanks for your prompt resolution....
