Hi all, I know this is an old topic, I ran into this issue and found a solution.
The problem is that the device that I was trying to port forward to, showed up in the mobile app as an unexpected name, Google Pixel 2. I checked the MAC address of that entry and it was the same as the device I was trying to add a port forward for!
