Oh man, I've been pulling my hair out over this and your saying it can't be done? I guess I'm boxing the modem up and heading over to another service provider

@Yetispeghetti --  your saying it can't be done

The BlueCurve has two modes of operation:

  1. both cable-modem ("modulator/demodulator") to convert the signals over coaxial-cable to TCP/IP packets, and a router (providing "private" IP-addresses to the wired/wireless devices on your LAN;
  2. "bridged" to only be a cable-modem, allowing you to connect one of its LAN ports to the WAN port on your own router, but also automatically disabling the DHCP-server "inside" the BlueCurve. Then, your own router's DHCP-server responds to DHCP-requests from all the wired/wireless devices on your LAN. I suppose that you can disable your own router's DHCP-server, and have one computer within your LAN that runs a DHCP-server. In this configuration, your DHCP-server can also supply the IP-addresses of your "favourite" DNS-servers (1.1.1.1 ? 1.0.0.1? 8.8.8.8? 8.8.4.4 ?) as part of the response to each DHCP-request.

@DGittins -- if you connect to:  http://10.0.0.1 do you see any option to change the range of IP-addresses that are available to DHCP-requests?

@DGittins The option can be found in the app - Connect/See Network/Advanced Settings/LAN and WAN. Or in 10.0.0.1 - Gateway/Connection/Local IP Configuration.
