Yea, I'm still getting micro and random internet drops with the Hitron, it's been happening for MONTHS.
I can't play any game online with any stability as I'm just disconnected randomly due to this. It is driving me mental. Wired, wireless, different PC's, different ethernet cables, nothing has helped.
Shaw customer support is utter ****; the best part? They're increasing their fees!
