Does Shaw limit realtime traffic ?

We have a 100Mb Shaw Fibre internet service into our Business at Vancouver. The service seems to operate well except RTP traffic has a high amount of packet loss (2-6%) between our Firewall and Video Conference Providers  ( BlueJeans / Webex). A second 3rd part internet service at same site has no such problems. Does Shaw restrict or limit Real-time traffic ? Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you for reaching out! We do not throttle or limit RTP traffic. It may be another issue related to that. I'd recommend touching base with our Business Technical Support members to investigate further with you. Keep me posted on how it goes!
