Ignite LAN not working, Wifi working

I have recently installed Ignite 1.5 gbs router.  I connected the Ignite router to a Google Wifi mesh system using the 2.5 gb Ethernet Port 4.  This is connected into WAN on the Google puck.  Then I am connected via the LAN port on the Google puck to an Ethernet switch.  That way I can have Ethernet connections through the house. My problem is the Ethernet is not working but wifi is working.  Can’t figure out how to fix it

@neilhorbachewsk -- if you use a "CAT-6" cable (capable of more than 1.0 Gbit/second) to connect port #4 on the Shaw router directly to your Ethernet switch, do the switch's LAN ports work to connect to your in-house computers?

Then, connect one of the LAN ports on the Shaw router to the WAN port on your Google box, to provide WiFi to all the in-house WiFi devices, through any of the mesh satellites.
