We've noticed that since we got the notification that Shaw is now Rogers our internet cuts out at least once a day for several minutes. This kind of service is garbage. We're 15 minutes south of Edmonton in Leduc Alberta.
We've just lost internet service on the tv for around 30 minutes here in Leduc, Alberta. Our computers and phones are fine just quit on the TV which is where we have the most problems. Not sure I like paying for tv service and internet and not having access to it everyday for all my devices.

Given the symptoms that you are reporting, you need to contact Rogers.
Do you have more than one of the newest Rogers TV boxes -- Xi6 or XiOne? If so, are both working fine, or do both "quit" at the same time, or is just one giving you problems?

The merger of Rogers with Shaw occurred in Spring 2023. Did your problems start at that date?
I doubt that Rogers would immediately make any changes to the Shaw infrastructure. I think that they would not touch it, until they understood what they had acquired.
