I have the exact same issue. It is the same on my iPhone and Mac using Apple mail. I tried updating the passwords on both to no avail. Then I completely deleted mail on both my MAC and iPhone with no success. Figuring it was an Apple mail issue, I tried adding my account to outlook but it is doing the same thing. I can check my emails on webmail.shaw.com just fine, but no mail client will work.
I was having the same issue. Last week (Dec 5) Support said it’s an issue for everyone and when it’s fixed on their end your email will just magically start working again. I just changed my password, deleted the account from my iPhone email and added it again. It’s working again for now so seems the issue was fixed. This change to Roger’s has been awful. Email always messed up, our brand new internet keeps lagging. Never had these issue before in the almost 20 years with Shaw.
Never mind… email isn’t working. Shows that I have mail but won’t load the inbox.
