Did the Rogers Specialist give a reason?  Temporarily out-of-stock?  Your current contract for Internet speed is lower than the minimum required for them to rent you an XB8? 

Did you order the bundle with "Next-Gen WiFi-6e", or did you just ask for the XB8 within your current contract?

It was  part of the bundle .  Only reason given that it would t work but shaw info on xb8 says it would
