The problem I've had for years is gaming companies blaming the ISP and the ISP blaming the gaming companies. They never seem to know who's to blame for the issues I've shown them (I had sent both video evidence of the problems). For some reason all the online games I've played from all different companies have had the same issue. Which I very much doubt they all share the same server providers. I contacted Shaw directly again last night, and they're sending a tech to investigate. I don't really have high hopes that they'll find anything since this would probably be the 20th time they've been to my house. But they're apparently looking into my modems signal levels.
