Shaw never promised me a specific speed, that was the package I signed up for, Fibre +300

I tried their Fibre Gig and got their newest modem, and still had the same trouble, I kept the older blue curve modem, and reused it, so, I can tell you, anything technical, changing wire, changing terminator,  swapping places, using different brand of router, changing pole cables, none of them worked.

The frustration thing is, I filed a legal claim with CTB, civic tribunal resolution, because case is simple, but they denied my claim, citing, CCTC should have the power to help me, but CCTC, said no, they don't, CTB's next step is asked me to go to supreme court to do a review, but CTB 's decision was based on the facts that there were other cases where CCTC can penalize telecommunication companies for wrong doing.

So, I am stuck, might need to go to supreme court for this, which I am okay to do, but anyone know if I can do it without a lawyer?
