Shaw Passpoint is not letting me log on although the correct information is entered. One hotspot location keeps bumping me off shaw passpoint and over to guest or open where I get no wifi service at all.
@Jennifer7687 With the ShawPasspoint SSID, you should not need to enter any login information, it authenticates through the Hotspot 2.0 profile being installed on your device. Have you connected to the ShawPasspoint SSID successfully in the past?
@terrydaytripper did you re-image your all your iPhone 5 data into the iPhone 11? If so, there is a known issue with Apple devices where it causes a profile mismatch for Hotspot 2.0/Passpoint. I haven't heard of any updates from Apple at this time to fix this problem.
Can you still access ShawGo wifi? Is your passpoint profile still on your phone? Look in Settings > General > Profile> And look for ‘ShawPasspoint'
