Experiencing this issue, still months later. Downgraded to a previous version of windows with the earlier version of Edge which works, however now being advised that this version of Windows will be unsupported come the fall. Upgraded again, but Edge still does not load anything other than HTML version. Looking for some assistance from SHAW to update as it appears it's a back end Shaw issue and not an Edge issue.

@twoyorkies -- now being advised that this version of Windows will be unsupported come the fall.

Run "Windows Update", to migrate from the 2019 (or 2020) release of Windows 10 to the "21H2" (from 2021, 2nd release). Supposedly, soon this month there will be an "October 2022" release of Windows 10.

Which web-browsers do work all the time? Opera? Firefox? Google Chrome? Safari? Other?

Are the web-browsers that you are trying completely up-to-date?

Do you have another computer running Microsoft Edge? What version of Edge? Can you access Shaw WebMail on that computer?
