The issue is good upload when doing a speed test, tons of interruptions when streaming to OBS. I know it's my shaw connection because I've tested my PC at a friend that has shaw 300, has anyone experienced this?

brady.klok there hasn't been any new firmware updates that I am aware of. Those traceroutes look good with no issues. I will recommend touching base with technical support so they can review the signal to your modem to ensure it is solid or investigate further.
