Before you switch, read the reviews on the alternate. I was shocked to hear the same problems exist there. The technology is not living up to expectations there either. What can we do as consumers?
This is such a frustrating issue.
The pvr stops and skips
We have Shaw and evening of 27 October the Fast Forward was jerky or not working AND the audio would stop for a few seconds often. Those recorded shows were normal when viewed today. Phone call to support gives no idea of how long the wait is. Chat [which I find less friendly] had 59 customers ahead of us - so gave up. I would like an answer. Also would disconnecting and then reconnecting the "box" lose recorded shows?
