I can set shows to be recorded on my Bluecurve TV but they never show up on the Saved recordings. Why? It worked when I first set it up but no longer.
Ya I see a couple other posts with recording issues, so must be only affecting certain accounts.
I'm having the same issue. I set up recordings, confirm and then go to watch and nothing is there. What's going on?

Our teams are currently investigating an issue that is preventing some users from being able to create new or access existing recordings. If you get in touch with our technical support team they may be able to manually resolve the issue with a remote refresh.
