Please tell us:
- which Shaw/Rogers TV box you have;
- the manufacturer of your TV;
- the model-number of your TV;
- the video-resolution of your TV (HD? Full HD? 4K?);
- the number of HDMI-input ports.
Do you have a computer monitor with an HDMI-input port, that you can connect to your Shaw TV box? Does it work?
If your TV has multiple HDMI-input ports, cycle through those ports, to see which one is "live".
