There are no PIN prompts. There is no option to set a PIN under the Parental Controls in my.shaw, it only has option for Reset and states that a PIN has to be set on the box first. I have never set the PIN on the box.
"Leave KidsZone" gives me the "To use this feature.." error.
"Exit KidsZone" continues with the channel I am on but with a big "Live" centred on the screen, but the "To use this feature..." error still happens for further voice commands, including "KidsZone".
It seems completely random whether or not a recording is stored in the cloud, such that only a few recent recordings have the cloud icon.
