It just continues to play normal with sound.

I need to push the play/pause button twice to get it to pause when rewinding.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work on BlueCurve, it is too bad because it is a cool feature.

This does not work.... maybe with your remote but apparently not with most.

This solution does not work on BlueSky, remote = XR15v2-UQ.

It is really frustrating that with today’s technology they couldn’t have a smooth slow motion playback option.

The best solution I have found, on a XR15v2-UQ remote, is to hold the play/pause button down and then that keystroke repeats, providing a choppy slow motion video. 

Unfortunately,  when doing this you have the overlay. 

This feature needs to get programmed for those of us that watch sports. On my former system I would press pause once, then hold down the fast forward button and that worked fine.
