Been running BlueSky without any major issues for about a year now, but yesterday for no reason that I can explain, I lost all my series programming -about 50 of them. Didn't affect already saved recordings.
Has this happened to others?
@RAnderson That's definitely strange, I haven't heard other reports of this happening. Did you have any single-program recordings scheduled in addition to your series recordings, and were they also affected? If you create new series recordings now, are they able to be saved?
To whom it may concern. I upgraded yesterday to Bluecurve and all went well. A few hours later all my recorded shows were gone. This is the third time this has occurred this year. This is the second time I have brought forward this issue.
Please advise as as to resolution of these ongoing annoyances.
