For me, it works correctly. Yesterday, when helping a friend, the "My Shaw" web-site did not display the TV channels (on her "Total TV" subscription).

That is the proper procedure. Please tell us when it starts working correctly for you.

The PDF is correct for "new" subscribers.
If you have been subscribed to "Limited TV" for a long time, then you are correct -- your available channels will include the Seattle-based channels, if you live in the BC Lower Mainland, or in the Greater Victoria and South Island areas.
I only got LIMITED TV for Knowledge Network and KCTS9 which were clearly listed in the Limited TV listing I was shown. If that's not the case, the Box is going back tomorrow.
