I had the same experience as grasshopper. The code worked for the channels and guide but not to turn the TV off and on, or for the volume. Still immensely helpful though.

I was having trouble as I selected TCL as my TV model to no avail. When I selected Roku as the TV model it worked like a charm!

Anyone having an issue where their TCL was working on a Shaw Direct remote and now after possible TCL updates, the tv controls don’t work? Two tvs in the house affected.

Same here. I see there was a software update on Nov 1/23 and now both 11756/12434 don’t work.

A separate Google TV remote was half working but started working again after I did a reconnect thru the TV menu.
