I was not able to make the harmony hub work with Shaw Cable until I used Infinity XG1V4-A and rebooted the modem. Everything works great!
Like others for Harmony Remote w Hub with Shaws Arris AX013ANM I used Xfinity for brand and XG1V4-A for the model and it worked like a charm.
