This is false. Most Shaw customers can use their Shaw credentials to get NFL Redzone, at no additional cost, via the TSN.CA web-site.

TOTAL TV PACKAGE purchased

PDF package says NFL REDZONE ON first listing 

Called tech support they say channel 672.  It's not sunday . 

I go to channel 672 on Thursday and it's black ( expected I ASSUME ?? )

Shaw sales doesn't understand or tech support what you wrote above?

So is this still the CASE, I have to get a windows laptop, go TO TSN.CA ( use shaw creds ) - works by the way.

THEN some how access REDONE????  Then I have to chrome cast it to the TV?

Why would be under TOTAL TV package when it isn't on a "TV" smart or not?

Well 3rd rep at shaw have now confirmed channel 672. just got a new PDF from them with my channel listing and there it is NFL REDZONE 672

guess we will see who is right , shaw 1 contact, 2nd,3rd, or grandmaster this sunday!!!!

Just an FYI for anyone that stumbles across this post and is looking for info on RedZone. The only way for Shaw customers to view RedZone during the 2022/23 season is through the TSN app.

Got the call back from Shaw rep today asking if I saw the red zone on the channel yesterday,  I said no it didn't work.  Glad she did follow up though with a call.  She then checked the notes, why she didn't in first place I don't know, then said tech support will be calling me back.  I'm like you bet that's what I do best wait.

amazes me how not one rep can do a google search and find out this is not a channel and that they should be taking it off the channel list they provide. looks like grandmaster for the win,  lone shaw guy who should be sent these calls when they come in.
