No sound using internet on tv

on blue sky tv we have sound when just watching tv but when we connect wirelessly to watch anything such as Netflix, YouTube or anything we loose all sound

@debbie55 Is this happening when using the Netflix or YouTube apps within the BlueSky TV interface, or when you are using the apps built-in to your smart TV? Does the audio for your TV run through the TV's speakers, or are you using a audio receiver/surround sound or sound bar for audio?
