Not true. My Bluecurve XG1v4-A is being operated just fine with my Harmony 700 universal remote. However I cannot get my new Harmony Hub Universal remote to do the XG’s functions. Power it on/off is okay.
Thanks for the advice, worked great as soon as I added it as a Comcast XG1. So freaking frustrated but now happy.....Scotch time!
I would of got it done quicker if I had slowed down and read the full reply and if I had not contacted shaw via chat.
