@mdk that would be useful if I wanted to turn on closed captions. I don't. The right combination to access the tech menu on your Gateway equipment, if anyone else is reading this, is: 1. Press menu 2. Go to settings 3. Highlight channel list but do not select 4. Press back, next, back next. That's it, you're in.
