Hi Tony, do you work for Shaw?? Because if you do, you should know that this is a recurrent problem as I’ve had it happen with the past 3 UFC PPVs... and had your tech team say that this was happening to everyone in my area.
@danik I indeed work for Shaw Cable. If this is a reoccurring issue in your area, I'd recommend touching base with our technical team again to have a maintenance technician investigate the area. I am sorry for any frustrations.
I am still on hold with Shaw. I have decided to continue holding to make sure I do not get charged not only twice, but not even once for this inconvenience. I ordered it twice to see if the second tIme would work.
