Until recently (the Rogers/Xfinity merger) I was able to watch Igniite TV on my laptop. I used to log in on the Shaw Bluecurve site without any problem. Now, when I try and connect (https://rogersxfinitystream.shaw.ca/) all I get is a page that comes up saying "Now connecting to your entertainment experience" and just keeps trying to load. Does anyone else experience this? How do I connect?
@MSlavin54 Works for me, try clearing your browser cache, or try another browser.
I have always used Firefox with out a problem. I took your advice and tried clearing the cache (and went as far as clearing the cookies as well) to no avail. I ended up trying Edge (my last choice in browsers) and it seems to work. Thanks
@MSlavin54 wrote Edge [is] my last choice in browsers.
Both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are based on the same Chromium open-source package. So, "under the covers", they are the same web-browser. One vision-challenged friend likes Edge -- she can highlight a block of text, and click "read aloud".
same issue for me. I just signed up today, and am trying all the things I used to do with telus. watching sports on my computer is not one of them because I simply can't open the url https://www.rogersxfinitystream.shaw.ca/

@Tony434 - The URL won't work if you put www. in the link. Try using http://rogersxfinitystream.shaw.ca
Shaw/Rogers will not allow streaming to laptops any longer, only mobile devices I'm told, its not great.
Actually you can stream the TV stations that you have in your package. You just have to find a browser that will work for you.
A temporary solution:
In Firefox, open a "New Private Window" and from there enter in your Rogers/Shaw information.
You'll have to re-enter the information each time because it is a private window/incognito mode.
