Another alternative is to disable ad-blocker for this website : https://rogersxfinitystream.shaw.ca/

Once that is done, the problem of the "connecting to your entertainment experience" looping message disappears after 10-15 seconds.

Didn't test chrome/edge yet... probably similar results

You have been misinformed. It works for me, on my Windows 10 Lenovo notebook computer.

Try using http://rogersxfinitystream.shaw.ca   if you were a Shaw Internet customer, before Rogers purchased Shaw.

You "have been told" incorrectly.  Streaming still works in a web browser (device type should be mostly irrelevant).  My desktop and laptop both work.  There is an app that can be installed on mobile devices as well, which works on my Android tablet.  There may be issues with some people's browsers/settings or whatever, but it is not because of them not being "allowed" by Shaw/Rogers.

I think the original problem here has now been solved?
