Yegods. That was my point. I was trying to upgrade with Shaw. I called them and 48 hours later am still waiting for their callback. When I went on-line the system kept asking me to sign in again. The whole system is dysfunctional! Call Shaw indeed. You might as well yell into the wind on the Salish Sea!
